Stepheney Collins, Blush Imagery Intern

Special note from Beth: Stepheney has exceeded our expectations here at Blush. So much so that in fact … I’ve asked her to stay on with us to head a very important project set to release this October. Steph’s skills in marketing, writing and a passion for photography proved too much for us to let her go. We expect great things for her here as she starts a new phase with our company. You’ve been a wonderful intern, lady!

Being an intern at Blush does not involve fetching coffee or making endless photocopies. Nope. It does involve shooting different assignments and having an absolute blast. Fred and Frodo, the Fitzgerald’s lovely roly poly pugs were my first assignment. 2 hours and 600 pictures later, I was able to tell the story of a day in the life of a pug. My second assignment, motion, was also amazing to shoot. I picked the Urban Epic Triathlon and experienced two of my favorite things at once: athleticism and photography, all in one place. I left that event feeling deeply inspired, ready to do a triathlon myself and super excited to tell my motion story.
