Here’s Leah and Paul’s first draft album for their 04.18.09 Portland, Maine wedding. Yes, it’s ready to view that fast! With first draft albums, my goal is to get a large highlight reel of sorts up for the bride and groom. This gives them a variety of image ideas while their wedding day story is still fresh in their head. This preview is a great example… holding 80 sides full of art details, portraits and most important and my favorite, the action of the day. Also, it gives them a wide variety of layouts to figure out what style they like most. Layouts are custom created and range from in style from minimalistic to classic to sweet. This process is really fun for me and my brides. Couples will refine their book until it’s perfect for them. Each revision is viewable online, of course. When the couple is satisfied, the images are all super-duper imaged, toned and printed. Then it’s off our binder! Check out Leah & Paul’s very classic event by clicking on pic below. This weekend was amazing! Leah and Paul’s wedding was a perfect start to a great 2009 wedding season. Maybe it was the big Irish Catholic family or the fabulous Maine wedding vendors working the day, but the the event felt familiar, fun and relaxed… unfolding perfectly. Leah and Paul, you guys are amazing fun. Hands down— a flawless event. I laughed from the salon in the early morning to the crazy dance party (MATILDA!) at night! Your friends and families were so sweet to me all day. The images are fantastic! Every ounce of ‘happy’ shows! Expect the rest of your images to post this week and an amazing album too!
